Description: One of the cameras used by the system was found rotated by 45 degrees to the
right. This caused all images captured by this camera to be rotated by 45
degrees. Rotate the images back about their center, copy the remarkable pixels
(white background+ digit or letter) to a new image and make sure the new image
is up scaled or down scaled to the size of the template used.

• Rotation Matrix can be translated to the following:
Xsource=cos(angle)(Xresult-Xcenter)- sin(angle)(Yresult-Ycenter)+Xcenter
Ysource=sin(angle)(Xresult-Xcenter)+cos(angle) (Yresult-Ycenter)+Ycenter
