Description: ost of the masking programs on PSC, the
image would end up half transparent on t
he final image, so, this is my solution.
What this does is uses the SetPixel and
GetPixelV to loop through a mask, and wh
enever it hits a pixel that is the mask
color, it copies that pixel from the act
ual picture, to the destination image, t
hereby copying the picture fully opaque.
