Description: : In order to improve the calculation accuracy and efficiency of the NURBS parametric surfaces applied to the electrically large targets in the RCS estimate. The use of CAD software to model, through the IGES file, the model analysis of the data structure and to IGES file for the interface from the CAD software model to extract information on NURBS surfaces, and then Cox-De Boor algorithm to convert NURBS surfaces to Bezier surfaces benefit , combined with progressive physical optics method and integral expansion method accurate and efficient solution of a perfectly conducting random surface RCS targets
