* Sets the named form as always on top
* Use: Call AlwaysOnTop(True)

* Shutdown or reboots windows
* Use: ExitWindows(shutdown)

* Hide your program in the list of Control Alt Delete
UnMakeMeService()
* Re-show your program in the list of Control Alt Delete
