Description: A use JDOM to read XML file tools. This class encapsulates the JDOM inside the concrete realization, provides some of the methods used to avoid the direct use of the JDOM API. It also provides a way to return some of the basic types of JDOM. The current version is not implemented on the Namespace of the operation.
