Description: system that use VC++ as developing tool, use Windows OS as running platform, it also explains the digital image processing technology and it’s processes in the motion detection system. Furthermore, this paper also mentions the application of the motion detection system in our daily life and works, for instance, it can work as the core software of monitoring system in the commercial banks and markets, moreover, this system can also be used as single image processing tool, which can intercept and analyse series of pictures in movies. Along with the booming economy of our society, the digital image processing technology will become more and more useful in our daily life and works.
