Description: vIstaswx cnBeta News Reader is a specialized tool for cnBeta news. (1) it can top the window, can be reduced to the tray (code did not write, because it is too easy so I finally write.) (2) It uses GDI+ to draw windows vista style is the popular class of semi-transparent glass window, but more beautiful than Vista style, style better than any similar software.
