Description: To resolve these conflicts and make the level of integrated circuits improve more dramatically, this paper introduces several kinds of new structure of fault-tolerant circuits based on checkpointing and roll-back. The presented structure set hardware checkpoint at the register level and can recover from transient fault quickly.
