Description: The CXFORM package contains a set of routines to convert spacecraft coordinates
from one system to another, i.e., GSE-->GSM. It is written in C and can be
used as either a C library (.so or .dll) or as an IDL function on most platforms
(via its DLM-- Dynamically Loadable Module-- interface).
