Description:
A model based on NN about project cost estimation is established and simulated on Microsoft Excel . To optimize the NN weights , we use Solver , an Excel add-in program which can be conducted directedly on NN spreedsheet ,to experiment it . The illustration shows the results is satisfied and the errors .
