Description: Call admission control implementation for wireless network. It generates, traffic for the given nodes with Poisson distribution (call arrival and departure) and when the call is arrived, the call admission control file will check whether the system has enough resources or not. If the system has enough resources, it accepts the call, otherwise the call will be rejected
