Description: This paper proposes a wind speed estimation based
sensorless maximum wind power tracking control for variable-
speed wind turbine generators (WTGs). A specific design of
the proposed control algorithm for a wind turbine equipped with
a doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) is presented.
