Description: Standard mean filter exists, adaptive mean filtering algorithms. The algorithm calculates the window of the fourth-order cumulants and the second central moment and to determine the threshold of the noise points then adjust the filter window, adaptive weights are calculated according to the number of window noise adaptive final point-by-point filtering noise. The method can effectively remove the image noise point, but also better preserving image detail. Finally, given the experimental and analytical results show that the method is effective
