Description: This algorithm will take an IP Address and will return the country (if us, City, state, country) where the IP Address is from. This will automatically determine which WHOIS server to query and will return the information found there. This code will work for about 95 of IP addresses. There are just too many formats to match 100 . This application is a nice utility to track where the visitors to your website are coming from.
