Description: Calculate the shipping cost for the railway sector to write a program. Assuming railway baggage, provisions consignment fee per ticket is calculated by: baggage weighing no more than 50kg, each kilogram 0.25 yuan than 50kg and not exceed 100kg, its excess is 0.35 yuan per kilogram than 100kg, the excess section 0.45 yuan per kilogram. Requires input from the keyboard baggage weight, the program calculates and outputs shipping fee.
