Description: WCF is Microsoft pushing the communications framework that can be achieved with ASP.NET WebService RESTful manner of service. But the drawback is that the current version does not support HTTP multipart format automatically resolve. And unlike traditional ASP.NET WebService can automatically parse multipart multimedia data, and through access Context.Request.Form [" name" ] and Context.Request.Files [" name" ] easy access. This code is based on HttpMultipartFormDataParser (https://github.com/Vodurden/Http-Multipart-Data-Parser) on to solve the problem of Chinese garbled.
