Description: MATLAB M-file m3.m is for the generator with
series capacitor compensated case of Project 3 on
subsynchronous resonance in Chapter 10.
It is to be used with the SIMULINK files : s3.m and s3eig.m.
The SIMULINK file s3eig.m is being used in conjunction
with the trim and linmod functions of this script
