Description: This system is adopted MVC model, using SQL Server for data storage stability. This system basically achieves the organizing committee manage the exhibitors，visitors，activities and the cost of exhibition at the preparatory period of the exhibition. The system abstracts the business model of the preparatory work in a level，allows the user defining various attributes in the exhibition by the actual situation, help the organizing committee setting activities during the exhibition and help managers to make the right decision. After a period of debugging operation, the system has a certain degree of stability. In this paper, we follow the method of software engineering，then introduce the designing and implementation of the information management system.
