The original HDF file, save it as both SDS 8bit integer (maximum of 255), the corresponding binary number as follows: XX XX XX XX, from right to left for the first 0-7bit, every two bit saved as a data
bits 1 & 0: 00 (1), 01 (2), 10 (3), 11 (4)
bits 2 & 3: 00 (1), 01 (2), 10 (3), 11 (4)
bits 4 & 5: 00 (1), 01 (2), 10 (3), 11 (4)
bits 6 & 7: 00 (1), 01 (2), 10 (3), 11 (4)
For example, a QC yuan like to 10,110,100, it is saved as 3421
