Description: C + + program that will examine all perfect numbers in the range from 1 to 5000. The output of the screen shall be in the form: "Perfect numbers in the range from 1 to 5000 are as follows: ...."
Instruction: The number is perfect if it is equal to the sum of its divisors, except the code. For example, 6 is a perfect number because its divisors except 6 are: 1,2,3 and 6 is true that 6= 1 +2 +3.
