Description: Wavelet analysis of the first two types of discontinuous point detection. The signal of the first embodiment is not continuous due to low frequency sinusoidal signal characteristics in the second half of the sudden high-frequency characteristics of a sinusoidal signal added. Using wavelet analysis, the detection signal amplitude change of position, that high-frequency characteristics of a sinusoidal signal added time. The second case is a signal there are two separate signals at an exponential equation connected at t = 500 together. So the signal appears to be smooth, but the signal having a first derivative and the first derivative has discontinuities. The third case is a wavelet signal noise.
