Description: Partial least squares method, which by minimizing the square error and one set of data to find the best matching function. The simplest method to obtain some of the absolutely unknown true value, and make the sum of squared errors is minimized. Many other optimization problems can be expressed by the least squares in the form of energy by minimizing or maximizing entropy.
