Description: a simple socket program for transmitting folder.The server choose the place where to save the folder and start listening.The Client choose the folder,and input server ip .It is mainly used for the beginner to transmit folder through traversing the file name.The shortcoming is that it can t transmit the sub-folder which have the same name with the root folder
