Description: Maple files treat the constrained optimal control problem of a quasilinear
parabolic equation. The extrior penalty function method is used to transform
the constrained optimal control problem into an unconstrained problem.
The discrete control problem is constructed. The discrete gradient
formulae for the discrete function are obtained.
