Description: This work considers source localization and parameters estimation problem using bistatic MIMO radar. A new method for joint DOD-DOA estimation in multi-target situation with automatic pairing is proposed. We have exploited
both recursive update for joint diagonalization and shift invariance algebraic structure techniques to improve the MIMO performance.
