Description: The mandate to develop (filter) is to apply the indicated filters to the concatenation of the files contained in the specified directory. That is, their behavior would be similar to:
Cat directory / * | filter1 | filter2 | ... | filterN
But with the following differences:
The filters (indicated as optional arguments) can be of two types:
Dynamic library, if its name ends in .so .
Standard command without arguments, for any other name.
Only directory entries that do not start per point will be processed and will not be directory directories themselves.
A maximum execution time control will be implemented.
