Description: One,vehicle identification
1 first click on the vehicle identification menu under the load image menu item (loading background and foreground image).
2 then click the vehicle extraction menu items, in order to do the image difference, binarization, open computing, image denoising, image processing, contour extraction.
3 finally click the vehicle identification menu item, the vehicle identification.
4 test images are stored in the IMG folder, the model profile template stored in the contour folder.
Two, license plate recognition
1 open a picture, and then click on the license plate location and recognition of the menu: license plate extraction, tilt correction, character segmentation, character recognition.
2 test images are stored in the img folder.
3 character sample template is stored in the template folder.
