Description: MinIsay is a simple notes program, I am learning PHP in the process of a practice program.
MinIsay release, mainly used to record a number of short, fragmented content. MinIsay is modified the Isay3, streamlined, minisay more concise, more convenient to operate.

Update: fixed regular function slightly repair the default template and basic configuration add two template: Caicai, target.
Installation: import sql/minisay.sql to MySQL connection configuration information in config.php.
