Description: Timer/counter is essentially a counter is incremented. With its counter input pulses self plus one, that is, each to a pulse counter is automatically incremented by 1,, when applied to the counter to all 1, then enter a pulse on the counter back to zero, and the counter overflows the corresponding interrupt flag, issued to the CPU interrupt request (timer/counter interrupt enabled)
