Description: Water management agencies in a state in the United States require communities to provide gallons of water per hour and total water consumption per day. Many communities do not have the measurement device into or out of the local water tower, they can only be replaced by measuring the amount of water in the water per hour, its accuracy is less than 0.5%, more importantly, when the water level in the tank drops to a minimum level of L when the pump starts to the water tower water until the high water level of H, but not measurement of water supply pump. Therefore, when the pump is water supply, it is not easy to establish the relationship between water level and water consumption, the pump water supply one to two times a day, about two hours each time.
Please estimate the amount of water (f (T)) and the total water consumption of the day from the water tower at any time (including the water pump being supplied).
