The joint estimation of scanning velocity and scanning emitter location is studied. The method USES the uniform rotating motion of the antenna main beam to sweep over several independent receivers. A joint estimator is established based on nonlinear least square estimation (NLS). Through several simulation examples, the proposed estimator and the performance of cramer-rao lower bound (CRLB) are compared.
