Description: Creates 100 randomly generated three bit integers that are not equal to each other and stores them in a data file called mydt.dat. Read all of the data from the data file, these data will be constituted by second digits in ascending order, if the second pose is equal to the number, according to the third constitution arrangement number descending, will sort the output to a data file mysd.dat file and a text file in the mysd.txt file.
