Description: Abstract
Objective: The aim of this study was to compare EA Jiaji acupoints therapy with EA conventional acupoints therapy,to validate their clinical efficacy, because we used electro-acupuncture(EA) Jiaji acupoints to treat lumber interverebral disc herniation(LIDH), which already accumulated more than 20 years of work, found efficiency up to 95%.
Methods: Choosed the modified Assessment Criteria for Low Lumbar Pain of Japanese Orthopedic Association (JOA), Visual Analogue Scale/Score(VAS) as the evaluation criterion; Association algorithm found the evidence relationship between immediate treatment effect and the difference values of daily life capacity before and after the treatment, studied the effects of the treatment; Using decision tree, to analyze the main indicators of treatment efficacy; Grey slope correlation algorithm analyzed main impact of VAS during the treatment; Medical statistics determined efficacy analysis of JOA.
