Description: This code package mainly analyzes the characteristic of smart grid and the influence RES bring to distribution networks. In this paper, evaluation was made for the necessary improvements on intelligentizing transformation from different aspects, such as load forecast, power stationing planning and network planning, which will truly provide theoretical guidance for the planning work of intelligent distribution networks.
