Description: A hybrid simulated annealing algorithm is proposed, which uses simulated annealing as a random search engine, and uses logic programming and linear programming to test and process search results. This algorithm can not only play a random fast searching for a feasible solution, but also can fully consider the logic and mathematical relationship between the specific problem inside, which can get a better solution results in a relatively short period of time, with the mixed integer linear program method compared to the traditional planning algorithm can quickly give the the optimal solution, and the global optimal value in optimization of month difference, can better solve the actual problem of crude oil
