Description: On the basis of the above analysis, figure 2 shows the whole flow chart of iersSync system. The system mainly includes the HTTP access module, the URL analysis and content download module, the core pointing parameter download and update maintenance module, the leap second data update maintenance module and the log data management module. The whole program is developed by Python, which directly utilizes the HTTP access module of Python, and the other modules are developed by itself. The log data management module mainly implements the data consistency and integrity guarantee of the whole international earth rotation service organization.
