 Description: The relationship between the forward voltage drop (VF) and the positive current (IF) curve shows that when the forward voltage exceeds a certain threshold (about 2V), that is, the usual conduction voltage, it can be assumed that IF is proportional to VF. See the table is the current main super bright LED electrical characteristics. According to the table, the highest IF of super bright LED can reach 1A, while VF is usually 2 to 4V.
