Description: Knowledge about project schedule management is as follows:
(1) the process of project progress management is a few.
(2) definition of activity and the definition of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure, work breakdown structure), and some professional terminology understanding of WBS, such as checkpoints, milestones, baselines, work packages, activities, and so on.
(3) some tools and technologies adopted in activity definition, such as decomposition, template, rolling planning, expert judgement, etc.
(4) to master the preamble graph method (that is, single code network graph) and arrow line graph (double code network graph), we will map and see pictures, find the key path, grasp the concept of virtual path, understand the terminology and calculate ES, LS, EF, LF, FF, TF, and analyze the work sequence of the network graph combined with the project.
