Description: To make or modify skills, you only need to manipulate the file Spell. dbc. By modifying the data, you can manipulate all aspects of the skill, so if you just want to create the skill, you only need a tool, MyDBC Editor. This tool has a download link in my last post. Of course, if you want to get visual feedback in the client (display icons, instructions, animations, etc.), you also need to press it into Patch instead of the client's original one. And if you want this skill to be learned, or if you have it when you create a character like me, you need to do something else, which I will talk about later
