WordPress 3.0.3 release primarily fixes a remote error. In some cases, this bug will allow authors, contributors to a user error to edit, publish or delete the article. This issue affects only enable remote release of WordPress site. Remote publishing feature is turned off by default, but you can console in WordPress " setting- write" set inside.
