This paper describes the development of family income and expenditure registration system background and system objectives, combined with the specific needs of analysis gives a detailed database design and systems should have the registration function of the balance of payments. System is developed for the home, using POWERBUILDER as a development tool to SQL Server 2005 database for the background.
