This system based on P2P and. NET video conferencing systems. The main functions of the system with video capture, transmit and receive audio capture, transmit and receive chat text message transmission and reception. This system is mainly based on the idea of P2P, the key to this project innovative. The service side is only responsible for the generation and transmission of the peer client register and system information. Peer side through to establish a TCP connection to register your own information to the server and server-side. Peer end through the server-side access to the information of other registered peer side, and then by way of direct UDP multicast to send text, video and audio data to other peer side.
