Real time operation system IJCOS II is transplanted on LPC2214, and the real time test results of the operating system after successful transplantation are given. In this paper, the design of various functional modules, including spindle control, frame control, color change control and broken line detection, is discussed in detail in the embroidery machine controller. The functions of embroidery machines such as normal embroidery, repair embroidery, backoff and break detection are successfully realized.
