Today's optimal dispatching usually takes 24 hours as the dispatching cycle. According to the load and renewable energy output forecast data in the next day's dispatching cycle, the dispatching center of the power grid arranges in advance the output situation of generator units or energy storage equipment in the next day and the amount of electricity to be purchased or sold from the upper power grid in order to achieve the purpose of minimizing the cost of generating electricity or maximizing the revenue.
