Description: Application of SCM often encounter the need for a short time delay situation. Needs delay time is very short, usually a few dozen to several hundred delicate (us). Sometimes also need a very high accuracy, such as the use of single-chip driver DS18B20 when errors allowed us within range of a dozen or so, or very prone to error.
