Description: Suppose a bank has four Windows to receive customers, and from the morning the bank opens the door to the bank. Since each window can only receive one client at a time, it is necessary to queue in front of each window in a large number of customers. For customers who have just entered the bank, if a window clerk is idle, they can go forward to do business. On the other hand, if four Windows are occupied by customers, they are behind the lowest number of teams. Compile the program to simulate the business activity of the bank and calculate the average time the customer spent in the bank during the day.
Initialization conditions: the program starts running from the first customer arrival time to "0", and each customer does not handle the business for more than 30 minutes. The time interval between two adjacent customers will not exceed 5 minutes.
