Description: This paper introduces the working principle and design method of temperature control system based on AT89S51 single chip microcomputer. The temperature signal is collected by the temperature chip DS18B20 and transmitted to the MCU in a digital signal. This paper introduces the hardware part of the control system, including temperature detection circuit, temperature control circuit, PC and single-chip serial communication circuit and some interface circuit. The single-chip microcomputer achieves the purpose of temperature control by processing the signal. The paper also introduces the software design part, here USES the modular structure, main modules: digital tube display program, keyboard scanning and processing procedures, temperature signal handlers, relay control, single-chip microcomputer and PC serial communication program.
