(1) how many phone Numbers the SIM card can store depends on the capacity of the EEPROM of the card (2K, 4K, 8K, 16K, 32K, etc.). If there are 8KB of storage capacity, the following information can be stored:
*100 telephone Numbers and their corresponding sexual names;
*15 Short messages;
* the number of the most recently allocated Numbers in group 25;
*4 SIM card password (PIN).

(2) the SIM card is a microprocessor chip card, there are five modules, each module corresponds to a function: CPU (8), program memory ROM (6-16 kbit), working memory RAM block (128-256 kbit), data memory EEPROM (2-8 kbit) and the serial communication unit, the five modules integrated in an integrated circuit.
