(3) when the rural roads and main roads are available, the main thoroughfare is open to traffic. (4) regardless of the main road condition, the longest time of the rural highway is 16s.
(5) in the middle of each transition from the green light to red light, the yellow light of the 5s time will be used as the transition.
(6) replace the sensor with a switch as a signal to check whether the vehicle is coming. Light emitting diodes of red, green and yellow are used as traffic lights.
