Description: This procedure is a portable (Win32/Linux) to receive e-mail (support POP3 protocol) procedures, and the preparation of portable SOCKET and POP3 package category, hoping to provide some help for beginners. Compiler: Win32: in VC++ 6.0 under the compiler is passed, and work well. Linux: in G++ Adopted under the compiler, see the Makefile file.
